Yep, my partner (her name on my fandom spaces is Entwife because she's always talked about but never present--she does Second Life as her main online fun thing--but not under that pseud) isn't active in fandom, but shares many of my fannish interests. Tolkien, Agents of SHIELD, etc.
I think....yep...I was in fandom before you were born--and I find it totally hilarious that we're so much alike in so many fannish things. What are the odds of that, really!
